The `Old New Roc` music festival was held together with Baba Yaga

The last ever Old New Rock festival drew to a close in Yekaterinburg, attracting more than 5,000 guests. Non-stop music from more than 30 bands, masters of Russian rock, and an incalculable energy! As is tradition, the partner of the event was the BY brand (BABA YAGA), equally as ‘crazy’ and chilled as the whole rock movement.

And in terms of excitement, the Baba Yagas, the BY brand’s ‘ambassadors’ didn’t lag behind the fans! They also sang along to their favourite tracks, did some groovy dancing, and during the breaks handed out fairytale masks to the guests and took photos with anyone who wanted one. Of course, everyone needs a photo of themselves with Baba Yaga in their album!

The artists were also showered with gifts from BY: there were New Year balloons, mugs, calendars, cool modern gadgets such as glowing cables to charge your smartphone, and much more. And, of course, a charming miniature Baba Yaga, an interactive doll who cheers up a sad evening and gives advice for all aspects of life.

The event drew to a close with a performance from the legendary band Chaif. The band did only perform their own hits, but also songs by Mike Naumenko, Boris Grebenshchikov and Viktor Tsoi.
